According to him, in 2016
more than 11 billion rubles were allocated for the development of agricultural
machinery, which is twice as much as a year earlier. This allowed the purchase
of more than 17 thousand units of equipment.
"We will continue to subsidize the acquisition of new equipment, this year 13.7 billion rubles are provided for these purposes," he said.
The minister stressed that due to the increase in support and growth of demand of farmers for domestic agricultural machinery, its production increased by 68%.
