The Turkish authorities in March deprived Russia of
the right to duty-free supply of wheat, corn and sunflower meal.
This was told by Dmitry Rylko, director general of the Institute for Agrarian Market Studies (IKAR).
"Turkey suspended issuing licenses for duty-free supplies of wheat, corn and sunflower meal from a number of countries since March 15, but first of all it concerns a key supplier - Russia," he said.
According to him, shipments of these products from Russia are almost stopped. Rylko clarified that now the Russian Federation is forced to supply wheat on duty at 130%, which makes its deliveries impossible, reports Interfax.
