The first deputy chairman of the Duma Committee on Natural Resources, Property and Land Affairs Vasily Tarasyuk proposed to change the Forest Code and allow tenants to buy land, intended for recreation of citizens.
According to his initiative, to buy back land in the forest could tenants, who for ten years engaged in the reproduction of forests in the area and carrying out recreational activities on it. Tarasyuk also offered to let travelers to these areas on the passport.
"If the tenant carries out recreational activities, it is necessary to provide a guarantee of safety provided by forests, playgrounds, gazebos. Presented in the bill means of control and there is a guarantee, "- said Tarasyuk.
According to him, the documents will be checked himself hired by the tenant or their supervisor. This Tarasyuk noted that 95% of the entrance to the forest will be completely free.
