The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation called for a reduction in insurance premiums and an increase in VAT to 22%.

14.03.2017.jpgThis was announced on March 13 by the head of the department Anton Siluanov. According to him, VAT benefits should be preserved.

 

At the same time, the Minister of Finance expressed the opinion that an increase in VAT to 22% could trigger a one-time increase in inflation to 2%.

 

Siluanov added that the level of tax burden in Russia in 2019 will be at the level of 31.6% of GDP.
