The Ministry of
Economic Development has prepared a program for concessional lending to small
businesses, which will work in addition to the program "6.5%",
initially under similar conditions, the press service of the ministry reports.
According to the press service, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has
already signed a relevant resolution.
Until August 1, 2017, within the framework of this program, large banks with
state participation will provide soft loans to small and medium-sized
enterprises on terms similar to the program "6.5%", that is, at rates
for medium and small businesses of 9.6% and 10, 6%, respectively, for up to
five years and for an amount of 5 million rubles to 1 billion rubles. From
August 1, 2017, preferential loans will be issued only for investment purposes.
At the end of February 2017, the head of the SME corporation Alexander
Braverman said that this year the focus of work on the "6.5%" program
will be shifted to the support regional banks that credit small and
medium-sized businesses.
The Ministry of Economic Development suggests that the total volume of loans
under the new program in 2017 will amount to 50 billion rubles. According to
the press service, the amount of compensation for credit institutions will be
calculated on the basis of the difference between the value of the Central
Bank's key rate as of the date of payment of the subsidy and the interest rate
set for the "6.5%" program.
In addition, according to the press service of the Ministry of Economic
Development, the head of the ministry Maxim Oreshkin inspected on Monday the
MFC for business in Veliky Novgorod. At the opening of the center, 24 business
situations were developed and the necessary lists of services were formed. Their
number has been replenished with new situations. In particular, the catalog
includes such situations as "Opening IP", "Building an apartment
building", "Food-business business", "Recycling of
automobile tires", "Food store in a multi-apartment building",
"Opening a SPA center", " The opening of a psychological
cabinet. "
