Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on July 23, said
that in the next three years the government will allocate more than 2.5
trillion rubles to subsidize transportation and realization of projects in the
field of transport.
He said this at a meeting on budget expenditure 2016-2018 years on the
industry, the transport sector, communications and natural resources.
"Now it is important that the content of infrastructure, including roads,
in accordance with regulatory requirements, to continue subsidizing socially
important modes of transport - rail regional routes," - he added.
Medvedev noted that the costs of the transport sector have increased
significantly compared with those who were 10-15 years ago, according to Tass.
