These orders govern the procedure of administrative procedures (actions) in the provision of the Federal Tariff Service of public services for disputes disagreements arising in the field of state regulation of prices (tariffs) in areas such as electricity, heating, housing and utilities, as well as in the areas of natural monopolies. As the Head of the regional tariff regulation of FAS Yuliya Yudina, the need for the abolition of these orders is due to the transfer of powers to the pre-trial disputes and disputes in the areas established by the legislation of the liquidated FTS FAS. In addition, the state functions for disputes and disagreements are excluded from the Russian Ministry of Economic Development of the list of public service functions. Cancellation rules will not lead to gaps of legal regulation since the current regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation provides the procedure for resolution of disputes and disagreements in regulated areas.
