The government provided comments on the draft law on insurance of small business deposits in banks. The official response to the legislative initiative is published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers. In general, the government approves the introduction of bank deposit insurance for small businesses. The maximum amount of insurance compensation to such organizations will be similar to the amount of insurance compensation established for individuals and individual entrepreneurs, and will amount to 1.4 million rubles. But in order to get a refund, now you do not need to send an extract from the registry of small business entities to the Deposit Insurance Agency. According to the government, the requirements for the provision of documents that are in the public domain are superfluous. In addition, the allocation of microenterprises from the circle of small enterprises is incorrect, since they already by law belong to the category of small enterprises, they consider it.
