The authorities have distributed subsidies for 1.6 billion rubles for small companies

Grants in the amount of more than 1.6 billion rubles to
the 18 regions of the country to support programs for small and medium-sized
companies, including peasant (farmer's) economy. On the website of the
government published a decree on the distribution of grants in 2015 under the
state program "Economic development and innovation economy."
As stated in the comments to a document, it will "expand the range of
small and medium-sized businesses that will receive financial support."
The money will go to the establishment and development of infrastructure for
small businesses, in particular for construction, reconstruction and equipping
of business incubators.
Funds are allocated according to the rules of subsidies from the federal budget
to the budgets of the Federation for the state support of small and
medium-sized businesses.
Taken into account the proportion of the resident population, the efficiency of
use of previously allocated funds.
