Seminar on the topic: "Measures for state (municipal) control (supervision): how to protect themselves and their enterprise from bringing to administrative responsibility"

April 10 - 11, 2017 GUP CK "CIT" holds a 2-day seminar "Measures on state (municipal) control (supervision): how to protect themselves and their enterprise from bringing to administrative responsibility", the topic of which is of interest both for state and municipal Sector, and for business representatives.

The program of the 2-day seminar (16 academic hours) details the rights and obligations of organizations and officials for which control (supervision) activities are carried out, as well as issues of compliance with the law in carrying out these activities. The program emphasizes the procedural aspects of conducting inspections: grounds, terms, documenting, and also those that lead to the cancellation of the act of the control body (supervision) over illegality.

The increase in the penalties imposed by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in respect of officials for certain groups of offenses of up to 1 000 000 rubles (and for legal entities up to 60 000 000 rubles) proves the urgency of the proposed seminar as well as possible.

In connection with the continuous updating of the legislation on administrative responsibility, which specifies the positions of offenses and responsibility for them, it is necessary to clearly understand who is responsible for what and for what, what is the algorithm of actions in the administrative process, which allows maximum protection of both their rights and those of the administrative Responsibility of the official.

Disclosure of the topic of the proposed seminar will allow students to learn how to work in the conditions of the emerging legislation, choose the most appropriate mechanism of action and, most importantly, minimize the risk of administrative liability.

The seminar will give examples of the practice of controlling bodies in both the Krasnodar Territory and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and will highlight court practice on the issues under consideration.

The seminar is led by E.A. Yelets, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Kuban State University, associate professor of the Management and Marketing Department of the Krasnodar Regional Agribusiness Institute. Experience of teaching activity since 1995. Practicing lawyer since 2000 (representation of interests of individuals and legal entities in civil and arbitration proceedings, protection of interests of individuals and legal entities in proceedings on administrative offenses, labor disputes).
