Agreement on cooperation of Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation (RF CCI) and the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) was signed by the head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin and FSIN director Gennady Kornienko, the press service of the RF CCI.
