The law on amendments to the Labor Code, which specifies the procedure for establishing part-time work, was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin official website reported.
The amendments specify the procedure for establishing part-time work, including providing the employee with a rest break.
In addition, a rule is introduced according to which an irregular working day can be established for an employee who works on a part-time basis only if the agreement between the parties establishes an incomplete working week, but with a full working day.
Two more articles specify the procedure for accounting for overtime work during non-working holidays and on weekends - "in calculating the duration of overtime, which is subject to payment in an increased amount," the reference to the adopted document says.
