The Cabinet shall, until 31 December to consider the levying of value added tax and customs duties to foreign Internet sites and providers. Such an order issued by the head of state Cabinet on the results of discussions at the Congress of "Business Russia". In addition, the Russian government should prepare a proposal to extend until 2023 the current period of application of reduced rates of insurance premiums for the Russian organizations that work in the field of information technology and have the right to the use of such tariffs, according to a document published on the website of the Cabinet.
