He said this, speaking at the V anniversary of Christmas parliamentary readings in the State Duma.

According to him, many families affected by the micro-credit, which provide mostly poor people in Russia.

"They take out loans, not knowing in what a debt hole crowding. It is absolutely immoral practice of usury. I call on the State Duma to put the legal obstacle to this kind of speculators. These "businessmen" can not be called parasite. It must be stopped by law ", - the Patriarch said.
