Only 2.7% of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses use measures of state support.
As follows from the Rosstat data, less than a third of representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises know about the existence of state support programs for small businesses: SMEs - 31.5%, IPs - 28.9%.
For example, in Russia's Support, says its vice president Marina Bludyan, there are more than 600 state support programs at the federal, regional and local levels. Nevertheless, it is extremely difficult to find information on how to get support, how to use it .
These figures were obtained by Rosstat on the basis of a continuous statistical survey of SMEs for 2015, RBC specifies. The study is conducted once in 5 years, its final results published on July 3. The document contains data on 1.5 million small businesses and 2 million individual entrepreneurs.
Rosstat identifies five main types of state support for SMEs - financial, information, consulting, property and training. The most common among them is financial support. It means the provision of loans, state guarantees for loans, grants, subsidies, etc. In 2015, only 76.4 thousand small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs took advantage of financial assistance from the state.
Much less widespread are types of support, such as training and retraining of staff, property support in the form of preferential rent, the selection of land, etc.
Experts note that today the main measures to support small businesses are concentrated at the federal level, primarily at the level of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Agriculture.
