The contract, the subject of which is the creation of works of architecture, urban planning and landscape art and (or) development on its basis of design documentation for capital construction shall include the conditions under which: the Russian Federation, the Russian Federation, municipality, on behalf of which signed the contract, the exclusive right to use piece of architecture, town-planning or landscape art, created during the execution of the contract, through the development of design documentation for capital construction on the basis of this work, as well as through the implementation of a work of architecture, town-planning or landscape art; the customer has the right to re-use the project documentation of capital construction project, developed on the basis of works of architecture, urban planning and landscape art, without the consent of the author's works of architecture, urban planning and landscape art).
