Ministry of Economic Development has sent to the Government a draft decree approving requirements for the design checklists for inspections of small and medium-sized businesses.

During inspection the inspector must make in the form of a checklist answers to the questions that will be indicative of compliance or non-compliance with mandatory requirements. test subject will be limited to those control issues, which are contained in the checklist.

The need for checklists will be determined in the provisions of the specific types of control, according to the Ministry of Economic Development website.
