Minister of Labor and Social Protection Maxim Topilin in 2017 expects to increase not only the nominal, but real wages. He stated this in an interview to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta".

"Wages, according to our estimates, will increase not only the nominal, but the real At the end of 2016, we are likely to see an increase in real wages, because since August the positive tendency in their increase..", - Stressed the Minister.

Unemployment, according to him, will not grow. Most likely, it will fluctuate in the framework of indicators in 2016.

"At least, as of today there are no preconditions for the drastic change of the situation", - considers M.Topilin.

According to Rosstat, real wages in Russia grew by 0.5%, nominal in January-November - by 7.7%. The unemployment rate in November was 5.4%.
