Medvedev spoke about the decisions to be taken by the Government

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the order concerning the implementation of the tasks set by the President in Address to the Federal Assembly. The Government will make a decision that will go to the growth of the economy, the budget increase resistance to internal and external shocks.
Prime Minister said that the order applies to virtually all departments, which are included in the system of executive power, as well as scientific, expert, non-governmental organizations.
"Once again list these problems will not be - a lot of them to make a decision, which should allow to resume economic growth, optimize mechanisms of control over the business sphere is also necessary to increase the stability of the budget at all levels to fluctuations in oil prices and other internal and external shocks.." - Medvedev said at a government meeting.
He added that he also needed to increase the production of civilian products in the defense industry enterprises.
"There are major problems in the social sphere, they are all too well known. Terms of execution of orders are different. However, they are compressed. I ask all leaders
