Medvedev has signed instructions on creation of conditions on investments and export

The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev following the results of the advisory board on foreign investments has signed instructions for the ministries and departments of creating favorable conditions for foreign investments and to export stimulation.
At a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers the head of the government has reminded that earlier the advisory board on foreign investments to which big preparation within a year preceded has taken place, heads of the world largest companies and banks have taken part in him.
"I have signed instructions on the responsible ministries and departments, they concern different branches. What would like to pay attention to: the first concerns stimulation of the export. Work on formation of the simplified order of identification of foreign goods in processing products because about it colleagues, heads of the large companies which have big billion investments into our country, asked will be carried out" — Medvedev has said.
Besides, he has charged to handle an issue of creation of certificates of health.
"Many countries demand, so-called, certificates of health on the exported production. It will need to be made too. In the nearest future it will be necessary to be defined what public authority will be engaged in issue of such certificates. It is, by the way, a request both from foreign, and from our investors" — he has emphasized.
