"Magnet" will pay 11.9 billion rubles of dividends

Retailer "Magnit" in the first nine months, plans to pay a dividend in the amount of 11.9 billion rubles. Payments will be made at the rate of 126.12 rubles per one ordinary share. Citizens who have the right to receive dividends, will determine 23 December. Total number of securities of "Magnit" is 94 million 561 thousand. 355 uncertificated registered ordinary shares with a par value of 0.01 rubles. Net retail revenue for the first nine months amounted to 786.7 billion rubles, which is 14.24% more than in the same period of 2015. At the same time the dollar revenue decreased by 0.94% to $ 11.5 billion.
