"Kuban credit" will be included in the program of state support

Bank "Kuban Credit" will go into recapitalization program through federal loan bonds.
In July, the Association of Regional Banks of Russia has asked the Central Bank to revise the criteria for participation in the program: equity bidders on May 1, 2015 to exceed 5 billion rubles, the share of loans to individuals, except for mortgages should not exceed 50% of assets. The list of candidates entered the bank "Kuban Credit".
According to Chairman of the Board Alexander ARBR Murychev, the regulator and the government went the easy way by choosing to participate in the recapitalization program through OFZ a large regional bank.
According Murychev, you need to consider the main qualitative indicators of the banks to strengthen the economy. The Association requested the Central Bank to include in the list of contenders for the state and those who are involved in the deposit insurance system, is not lower than the second classification group shall be assigned by the Bank of Russia.
I believe in the Association, the state's share in the authorized capital of regional banks should not exceed 25%, and the proportion of citizens should be less than 10% of the total liabilities of the bank. At the same time to participate in a program of state support to 70% of bank loans should be aimed at supporting regional economic entities.
Exclude from the program of state support to the association proposed to regional banks with a share of loans to enterprises and households in the total portfolio of less than 25% and the share of delay of more than 10% of the loan portfolio.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation in August, spoke against the revision of the criteria for admission to the program of regional banks capitalization through federal loan bonds.
The Government of the Russian Federation considered that the number of regional banks participating in the capital increase, it may be extended. List may increase after the results of the will of the top ten regional banks, which include "Kuban Credit".
These banks have allocated funds for the Deposit Insurance Agency program, write "News".
