Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in December to extend the list of requirements in tenders for public procurement.

"I signed a resolution, which extends the list of requirements for goods and services during tendering. I ask all members of the government is to keep in mind. The goal, of course, is understandable - it's saving the budget money, including limiting the appetites of some agencies which allow themselves even in the current conditions of excess spending of public funds, "- said Medvedev.

According to him, among the changes - new rental car leasing and requirements. For example, it prohibited the purchase of cars with a capacity of more than 200 horsepower.

According to him, introduced new requirements for communication services, taxi service, database management, information security.

"At the same time you need to achieve greater uniformity in tenders and, of course, the publicity", - said the prime minister.

Medvedev added that the list of demands on it are not limited to, the list will be expanded on the basis of continuous monitoring of the procurement process.
