In Russia, microfinance organizations may be banned. With such an initiative at the meeting of the State Duma, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

Parliamentarians are now actively discussing the draft law on restricting the activities of companies that issue fast loans. The Russian president Vladimir Putin instructed the deputies to bring order to the financial sphere. Zhirinovsky, in turn, noted that such firms deceive customers, not disclosing all the terms of the contract and imposing fabulous interest on loans. That is why there are more and more malicious debtors in the country. The first step in protecting the rights of people, according to the leader of the faction, should be to prohibit the issuance of loans more than 30% per year.

"How to solve a problem? Close all these microfinance institutions, bring those who conceal this information to court, exclude interest on loans over 30%, and develop a mutual support fund. Through the trade unions, at the place of work - there citizens will collect money and will give. No one can deceive them there. Everyone knows what salary is, and the accounting department calculates it automatically from the salary. And do not wait until you give it away. Took in the organization 10 thousand, you get, and a thousand rubles a month you will be charged. And you will return these 10 thousand rubles for a year, "the leader of the faction said.

Also, the liberal-democratic party insists on banning collector services in the country. They, according to Zhirinovsky, will not refuse to use threats and blackmail, despite the fact that these methods prohibit the federal law.
