Staff of FTS has explained how to make the statement if you aren't in the unified register of small and medium-sized enterprises. Information whether this or that firm is small enterprise, is published on the website of FTS in the "Unified Register of Subjects of Small and Average Business" service. If your company isn't in this register, but you treat small or medium business, it is necessary to write the application, explains UFNS of Russia across the Rostov region.

The unified register is created on the basis of the data which are contained in the USRLE and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, data on income gained from implementation of business activity, and average number of workers, the data which are contained in the documents connected with application of the special tax modes.

In case of identification of absence by the taxpayer concerning himself data in "The unified register of subjects of small and average business" - it is necessary to fill in the application form.
