ATTENTION OF HEADS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS OF KRASNODAR KRAI!

The Ministry of Labour and social development of Krasnodar Krai is carried out monitoring of requirement of the organizations of Krasnodar Krai for qualified personnel till 2025.

We ask all heads of the enterprises, the organizations and institutions to participate till May 1, 2018 in poll.

It will allow to solve a number of relevant problems in common:

to reveal real requirement of the organizations and enterprises, including participants of investment projects, for experts and personnel;

to build the effective system of vocational guidance of youth;

to correct structure and volumes of preparation and retraining of personnel at all levels of professional education under your needs;

to employers to receive the required experts with necessary professional knowledge.

On our portal the possibility of providing by employers of data on additional requirement of the organization for qualified personnel through a private office of the employer within the report on personnel structure is realized.
