The bulk of
domestic online stores have installed a new cash register equipment (CCP) with
the function of transferring information to the Federal Tax Service (FTS)
online. But some still some time probably will continue to work "in
black", forecast in the Association of Internet Trade Companies (ACIT).
From July 1, all companies are obliged to replace old cash desks with more
modern ones, and connect them to the Internet. The new cash register equipment
will send data to the Federal Tax Service about all the purchases made. As for
customers, they will start receiving checks with special QR-codes. With their
help you can check whether the store is working legally or not.
According to ACIT, 80 percent of Russian online stores have already installed
new cash registers. Another 10 percent signed contracts for the supply of new
equipment.
"At the first stage, we assume that some online stores may stop accepting
cards and sell goods only for cash without issuing checks to consumers, but in
the long term there will not be" black "stores for half a year,"
AKIT President Alexei Fyodorov believes.
The Federal Tax Service plans to hold competitions to identify unscrupulous
shops, Fedorov recalls. According to him, this practice is used today in many
countries, for example, in Korea.
"In international practice, it looks like this: a consumer scans a check
that was given to him, and checks it in the FTS database." The tax service
thus identifies the offender, and the consumer receives a monetary reward,
"Fedorov says.
