Minister of Labor and Social Protection Maxim Topilin March 2 said that the frozen pension savings are not involved in the anti-crisis plan.
He said this at a meeting of the General Council of the Russian Federation of Independent Trade Unions.
"In terms of support to the economy, these funds are not used until at least" - he said.
Topilin explained that no seizures of pension savings was not. The government has decided to direct all premiums under the insurance part.
