"Measures of state industry is unprecedented, and it is necessary to achieve self-sufficiency of milk up to 90%", - he said.
Of the planned funds of 8 billion rubles will send to subsidize loans, 6 billion rubles - to the reimbursement of capital expenditures for the modernization of dairy farming facilities, 13 billion rubles - for subsidies for 1 kg of milk.
