Kondratyev said that special attention should be paid to work with businesses
in the municipalities, because the field does not have enough specialists who
are able to work competently with investors. The head of the region said that
we need a realistic assessment of the level of training of municipal employees
- lawyers, financiers and other professionals, and offered to introduce a
single standard for municipal work with small businesses.
The Acting Governor said that one of the problems of small and medium-sized
businesses - outright monopoly, for example, water supply and electricity. The
heads of the municipalities agree on a program of interaction and claim rates,
but business can not connect to the utility networks, because they are in
private hands.
In 2015, to support small and medium-sized businesses is allocated 1 billion
