Within the long-term target program "Assistance of Employment of the Population", rendering single financial aid to jobless citizens at their state registration as the legal entity, individual or peasant farm, the jobcenter holds events for assistance of development of small business and self-employment concerning the citizens recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed and persons interested to organize own business by means of creation of small enterprise, or implementation in other form of business activity.

Conditions of granting funds for development of business and self-employment are:

registration in the order of the citizen who has shown willingness to organize business activity, as the unemployed in jobcenter of the population with the right to a dole established by the legislation;

achievement of 18-year age by the citizen;

signing of the contract between jobcenter of the population and the citizen about receiving funds for development of business and self-employment;

decision (recommendations) of commission of experts on expediency of delivery to the citizen of means;
