Andrey Alekseenko has charged to heads of municipalities to take on personal control attracting investors for end of unfinished constructions

123.jpgIn Krasnodar there has taken place the meeting of the interdepartmental commission on protection of the rights of participants of shared-equity construction under the chairmanship of the first vice governor and the first deputy prosecutor of the region Vladislav Malkin.

Heads of regional departments, representatives of supervisory authorities, heads of municipalities have participated in an action.

Andrey Alekseenko has reported that since 2016 within work of the interdepartmental commission 42 problem houses are already leased. 13 high-rise buildings are excluded from the regional register, 76 road maps – plans of stabilization of a situation on similar objects are approved.

Now on control of the commission there are 167 objects in a construction stage which is located in the territory of 14 municipal units of Kuban.

He has also noted that the bill of compensation measures for investors builders of problem objects is introduced in Legislative assembly of the region. It is planned that businessmen will be able to count further on receiving for rent of the land plots without competitive procedures.

At the same time, according to the first vice governor, on places not always quickly and competently approach questions of control of shared-equity construction.

In particular, the instruction on quarterly submission of data in the draft of the road map of Krasnodar Krai isn't followed. Municipalities don't make the offers and specifications in the road map which was approved by department on supervision in the construction sphere of edge, but continue is regularly groundless to postpone the date of delivery of problem objects. In particular, it is about Sochi and Krasnodar.

Vladislav Malkin has in turn urged department to carry out more actively supervising activity and to unite all problem objects in one list: and where there are violations on FZ-214, both squatter settlements, and HCC.

Andrey Alekseenko and Vladislav Malkin have indicated the need to speed up work on drawing up and the approval of road maps. Also heads of municipalities have to take under personal control search and attracting investors for completion of problem buildings. Besides, it is necessary to carry out inventory of the free land plots which are in municipal property and to reserve them for investors on completion of construction of problem housing in case of adoption of the new regional law.
