The jobcenter has held a job fair for graduates

On March 28 on the basis of GBPOU KK Tikhoretskogo of industrial technical school, the jobcenter of the population of Tikhoretskogo of the area has held a job fair

Graduates of technical school could get acquainted with potential employers.

In labor market there was a serious competition of applicants of work today. Young people are least of all ready to such situation. Therefore holding a job fair allows them to get the first experience of communication with employers, to learn more about labor market, about the available vacancies, to specify requirements of employers, to estimate the opportunities.

The activity of the appeal of young specialists to the employment service of the population substantially increases in the fall when all own opportunities to find a job are exhausted. The organization of fairs for youth is a granting an opportunity to them "in live" to get acquainted with the vacancies exposed by employers".

The fair was attended by 187 graduates, representatives of the enterprises and organizations have conducted interviews. The job fair has taken place for students fruitfully. They have communicated to employers, have found out whether their specialty in labor market and what salary expects them is demanded. Besides, the job fair has helped future graduates to estimate the opportunities in the field of employment.
