Medvedev has proposed to adopt a law on mobile commerce

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on September 15 proposed to adopt a law on mobile commerce.
He attended the international specialized exhibition "import substitution". In one of its halls entrepreneurs presented their products in specially equipped vans, trucks and passenger cars. In mobile outlets have placed different products from caviar from Kamchatka to yogurt and cheese from the Tver region.
Employers explained that their production does not fall in retail chains, as it has a short shelf life. At the same time in their vehicles is all the necessary equipment - refrigerators and stoves - which allows to deliver fresh products to the consumer. Therefore, such mobile outlets, according to entrepreneurs, are very popular not only in big cities but also in remote areas.
Medvedev said that "it is necessary to formulate a conceptual framework, a definition of mobile commerce."
Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov promised to study the issue, reports "Interfax".
