Opening the meeting, Medvedev said that he approved the plan for the transition of government agencies on the use of domestic software. "I have approved the plan for the transition of federal executive bodies, as well as the state budget funds for the use of domestic software, which is designed for three years, including the current", - the prime minister said.
According to the prime minister for this time to be developed normative - legal, methodical and technical base, as well as defines the rules of the software, including the "cloud" technologies. Also during this time must be approved requirements for the program, which will use the authorities. In addition, you must run the pilot projects.
Medvedev said that Russia in the long term should appear IT-resource where data on all citizens of the country will be collected. "At today's meeting we will address issues that relate to the electronic signature and the establishment of a single information resource, which in the future should be collected information on all citizens of our country, for the population of the entire state," - he said.
Creation of the state population register (UAH) - a database of national importance - of the federal program Electronic Russia, approved by the Russian government in January 2002. The database information on each citizen of Russia will be collected data for 19 items: name, surname, patronymic of the person, gender, nationality, place of residence, family relationships, data on birth and death.
According to Medvedev, last year more than 100 million public services were rendered in the country in an electronic form. "Most often, of course it is quite simple services. People check if they have the traffic police fines, taxes payable, made out passports, recognized on the state pension account ", - said the head of government.
